If that bio felt robotic, kinda lifeless. That’s probably because LinkedIn auto-generated it based on my past work. Too often in conversations with new people, I revert to asking what they do for a living. The answer varies but if we’re being honest with a profession comes a set of preconceived notions. Recently I’ve tried to restructure the question to “what are you passionate about?” or “what hobby/interest do you find yourself daydreaming about?” If you were to ask me that question, 9 times out of 10 I’d answer operating a snowcat. It’s my obsession. I got to run them when we lived in Colorado and Idaho. Below is a glimpse into those incredible machines.
