Passionate about the power of photo and video, I aim to create stunning visuals that empower others. Following a desire to keep learning and growing I have held digital marketing internships, worked as the lead multi-media designer for a small marketing agency, and currently work full time creating professional media on a project basis. So what does that mean on a day-to-day basis?

It means I’m proud to say I have experience with project management from start to finish. From the exploration stage: materializing a client’s vision, understanding the distribution goals, setting a budget and timeline, developing a rough storyboard and shot list, then a production schedule. From there I have worked on single and multiday shoots both in and out of state. I have worked with gear rentals over a dozen times, have vendors I can count on, and in doing so can make sure the best gear is chosen to match the client’s budget. In post-production, everything is saved in a precomposed folder structure to improve speed and efficiency. I have the highest level of mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro (Adobe’s professional video editing software). To complement the work done in Premiere I will often use both Adobe Photoshop (Adobe’s photo editing software) and Adobe After Effects (Adobe’s motion graphics software) to output a deliverable that I believe meets the industry standard both locally and nationally.

Originally from Ohio, I am currently living in Boise, Idaho with my wonderful wife Madison. I know you may be asking yourself, “How did this guy end up in Idaho?” I often ask myself the same thing. But the honest answer is we landed here in 2019 after my wife excepted her dream job in a school nearby and it’s been one heck of an adventure ever since.

Besides being the owner and operator of Nate Minneman Media House LLC I can be found running a snowcat part-time Bogus Basin ski area, flatwater kayaking on a local body of water, or watching what’s new on any of the streaming services (I think we currently have all of them and it’s a problem).
